The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

 Many of our items are either "One of a Kind" or limited quantities, which we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. 

We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. 

We ship via USPS.  All options are provided via checkout.
